Delivery estimates
Each garment is made to order. Our supplier publishes a general production estimate of approximately 3 business days for standard orders after the supplier order is paid. Larger orders or additional customisation can take longer. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed dispatch date, and excludes AFTERIMAGE order handling and delivery transit. Delivery transit varies by destination, location, carrier, customs processing and peak periods. Tracking is provided once the order is dispatched.
Charges and tracking
Shipping charges are shown in AUD at checkout based on your destination, postal code and the items in your order. Remote-area rates may apply. Destination customs may charge import duties, taxes or handling fees separately; these are not included in your payment to AFTERIMAGE. Orders containing multiple product types may have different shipping costs because garments fall into different shipping categories. Once tracking is available, it will be provided using the contact details supplied with the order.
Delivery details
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error after ordering, contact AFTERIMAGE as soon as possible. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or has another delivery issue, contact AFTERIMAGE for review.
